Meeting of the Faculty of Nursing held at BSMMU: Emphasis on Improving the Quality of Nursing Services

On January 27, 2025, a significant meeting of the Faculty of Nursing was held at the Shaheed Dr. Milton Hall of BSMMU. The meeting was attended by the Honorable Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Dr. Md. Shahinul Alam, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research and Development) Dr. Md. Mujibur Rahman Howlader, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Professor Dr. Md. Monir Hossain Khan, former Chairperson of the Graduate Nursing Department Professor Mabel D. Rosario, the Vice Chancellor’s personal secretary Dr. Md. Ruhul Kuddus Biplab, Assistant Professors of the Graduate Nursing Department Nupur D. Costa, Hasina Akter, Moza. Nasreen, and Bithika Mali, among others.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the development of the Faculty of Nursing, improvement of nursing service quality, providing service to patients with a smiling face, and resolving various issues faced by faculty members.
